Yesan Healing House Pension

If more people will come than you booked for, please contact the pension in advance.

Extra charges may apply for each guest beyond the standard occupancy.

Check-in may be refused if the maximum occupancy is exceeded, and no refund is given in that case.

Except at pensions that accept pets, guests arriving with pets may be refused check-in, and no refund is given for this reason.

Under Korean law, lodging facilities may not let minors of the opposite sex stay together.

Bookings and stays by minors are subject to the property's rules, and no refund is given for this reason.

Please keep to the check-in and check-out times for the sake of the next guests.

Guests are responsible for any damage to or loss of the room and facilities, and may be asked to pay compensation.

For safety and fire prevention, grilling fish, meat and the like over an open flame is not allowed inside the room, and bringing your own cooking equipment (grills, charcoal, electric or heating appliances, etc.) is prohibited.

Smoking is not allowed inside the room — please use the designated area.

Please refrain from excessive partying, drinking or loud noise that may disturb other guests.

Real-time booking can occasionally result in a double booking; in that case you can get a full refund through the customer center. (The NOL Pension customer center will contact you as soon as it is confirmed.)

If rates or the rate table were shown incorrectly because the pension's seasonal periods had not yet been finalized, the booking will be cancelled after notice and you can rebook at the correct price.
